About this split pdf

Send only the pages that matter. Extract a single page, a range like 3–7, or a mix like 1, 4 and 9–12 into a new PDF — or split every page into its own file, delivered together in a ZIP.

Your PDF is processed entirely in your browser, so private documents never leave your device.

How to use the Split PDF

  1. Choose or drop a PDF file.
  2. Pick "extract pages" and type the pages you want, or choose "split every page".
  3. Click "Split PDF" and your file downloads.

Writing page ranges

Separate pages and ranges with commas: 1-3, 5, 8-10 extracts pages 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9 and 10, in that order. You can repeat pages or list them out of order to rearrange the new document.

Worked example

From a 20-page lease, entering 1, 18-20 creates a 4-page PDF with the cover page and the signature pages.

Tips for better results

  • To put pages from several files together, split them first and then use Merge PDF.
