About this case converter
Fixing capitalization by hand is tedious, especially when text arrives in ALL CAPS from a form or spreadsheet. This converter rewrites your text in the case you need: sentence case for normal writing, Title Case for headlines, UPPERCASE for labels, lowercase for data cleanup, and a couple of fun styles for social posts.
Title Case follows common headline style: it capitalizes every word except short articles, conjunctions and prepositions (like "a", "and", "of" and "the") unless they start or end the title.
How to use the Case Converter

Case styles explained
Sentence case capitalizes the first letter of each sentence. Title Case capitalizes major words. Capitalize Each Word capitalizes every word, including small ones. Alternating and inverse case flip letters for stylistic effect.
Worked example
"the QUICK brown fox. jumps over THE lazy dog!" in sentence case becomes "The quick brown fox. Jumps over the lazy dog!", and in Title Case "The Quick Brown Fox. Jumps over the Lazy Dog!"
Tips for better results
- Sentence case can't know which words are proper nouns — check names and places after converting.
- Different style guides (AP, Chicago, APA) treat some words differently in titles; adjust the result if your guide requires it.
